Farine Torres-Larmonie is an Associate Partner in the Tax Services practice, with over 25 years of experience in national and international taxation. She advises private individuals and corporate clients on local and cross-border tax matters, helping them navigate complex regulations and optimize their tax position. Known for her pragmatic and client-focused approach, Farine delivers clear, tailored solutions that support long-term business and financial goals.
Farine has extensive experience across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, gaming, hospitality, transportation and logistics, construction, offshore companies and banks, as well as public sector entities and oil and gas. Her expertise includes tax structuring, tax planning, and advising international companies on matters related to global workforce and expatriates. She also has strong experience in mergers and acquisitions, fiscal due diligence, and cross-border restructurings.
With in-depth knowledge of territorial tax systems, including profit tax and VAT-related matters, Farine supports clients in managing compliance while identifying opportunities for efficiency.
