Danny van Haaren is a Manager in our Advisory services with more than 10 years of experience in business risk, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), and internal audit. He supports organizations in navigating change and strengthening their control environments, helping leaders manage risk while unlocking sustainable growth opportunities.
His areas of expertise include business risk management, GRC framework design and implementation, internal audit transformation, internal control frameworks, regulatory compliance, and process optimization. Danny works with both public and private sector organizations, aligning finance, risk, and technology with business strategy to build resilient and future-ready organizations.
With a structured and forward-looking approach, Danny has led a wide range of projects, including internal audit transformations, GRC framework implementations, and regulatory compliance engagements across different industries. Known for his ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions, he enables informed decision-making and long-term organizational resilience. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and appreciates good food and meaningful conversations.
