Cesar is a Manager in our Assurance services with more than 15 years of experience in external audit. He supports organizations in enhancing transparency and strengthening stakeholder confidence, combining strong technical expertise with a logical and solutions-oriented approach to deliver clarity and trust.
His areas of expertise include IFRS and GAAP audits, financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, and data analytics. Cesar has extensive experience working with financial institutions, including banks and insurance companies, and is recognized for his pragmatic approach and strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
With a collaborative and approachable leadership style, Cesar works closely with both clients and teams to ensure efficient and high-quality audit engagements. He has led audit assignments for multinational and listed entities and played a key role in integrating data analytics into audit processes. Known for his strong commitment to the firm, he actively contributes to internal quality initiatives and represents the organization in external engagements.
