For our Tax Department, we are looking for a Tax Manager.

As a Tax Manager, you'll be the compass guiding our clients through the complexities of tax legislation, ensuring optimal efficiency and strategic growth. Your expertise will serve as the foundation for high-quality advice, while your commercial acumen will uncover opportunities for new ventures. Leading a team of talented tax professionals, you'll foster an environment of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.

 

Core tasks

  • Craft and execute innovative tax strategies that minimize risk and maximize efficiency for clients.
  • Navigate complex tax landscapes to provide expert advice and uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Lead the growth of our client portfolio through strategic relationship management and networking.
  • Empower and mentor a team of tax experts, enhancing their skills and driving performance.
  • Engage with a broad network of stakeholders to bolster and achieve clients' financial goals.
  • Cultivate your client portfolio, collaborating closely with Senior Tax Managers, Tax Directors, and Partners.

 

Who You Are

  • You have a master's degree in Tax Law, Fiscal Economics, or a related field.
  • You bring at least 4 years of relevant experience in tax consulting, preferably within a commercial context.
  • Your expertise in Curacao or Dutch tax legislation is matched by your analytical prowess and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercially astute, you excel in identifying and nurturing new business avenues.
  • A leader and communicator at heart, you thrive in collaborative settings.
  •  Proficient in both Dutch and English, you are articulate and effective in all forms of communication.
