About the role

As a Tax Advisor, you will combine technical tax work with practical client advisory responsibilities. You will support the preparation and delivery of tax advice, analyze legislation, prepare complex tax returns, and identify opportunities that help clients improve efficiency and manage risk.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will coach and support your development while giving you room to take ownership and grow.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Prepare and contribute to high-quality tax advice for local and international clients.

  • Analyze tax legislation and translate rules into practical solutions.

  • Prepare and review complex income and corporate tax returns.

  • Identify opportunities for tax optimization and risk mitigation.

  • Participate in client meetings and respond confidently to client queries.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.

  • Stay up to date on Dutch Caribbean tax developments and market changes.

  • Build relationships and trust with clients through responsive service.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Tax Law, Fiscal Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant tax experience in advisory or compliance services.
  • Familiarity with Dutch Caribbean tax legislation or strong motivation to develop this expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and perform under pressure.
  • Proactive mindset with ownership mentality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Strong team spirit, curiosity, and ambition to grow.
