What will your work involve?  
As a Junior Tax Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients and work alongside experienced professionals to develop tailored, solution-driven strategies. Your role will be key in guiding clients through tax regulations, compliance, and requirements. 

Key responsibilities

  • Manage complex client files with precision, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide clear, well-structured advice on technical tax matters to support informed decision-making.
  • Safeguard the quality, progress, and profitability of client assignments, meeting deadlines, and budget targets.
  • Share knowledge actively with colleagues, offering guidance and mentorship to strengthen team performance.

Your profile:  
To succeed in this role, you will have:  

  • A master’s degree in Tax Law or Fiscal Economics. 
    5–7 years of relevant experience in tax advisory, ideally within the Dutch Caribbean.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • A self-motivated, ambitious approach with a dedication to teamwork and collaboration.
