Our People & Culture team is looking for an intern who’s eager to learn and work closely with teams in Curaçao, Sint Maarten and Suriname.
The purpose of our People & Culture (P&C) team is to enable a thriving environment where people feel they belong and can achieve high performance. We do this by enabling hiring plans, designing learning and leadership development experiences, and ensuring that roles and career paths are aligned with firm goals. We are also responsible for delivering people-related services throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities
Our team is dynamic. You will support P&C colleagues with day-to-day operational tasks, while also having room to contribute to projects as needed. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing back‑ and front-end support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, personnel changes, documentation, offboarding)
- Ensuring the execution of policies and procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Contributing to projects related to recruitment marketing, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s student in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational awareness
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
