What does your work look like?  
As an Associate in our Audit & Assurance team, you play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our clients. You’ll be part of a dynamic team working on a variety of assurance engagements, supporting the planning and execution of audit assignments under the guidance of experienced colleagues. 
 
Responsibilities include analyzing internal controls, assessing financial statements, and carrying out audit procedures -particularly on less complex financial statement items. You support team members in their tasks, help prepare reports to clients, and contribute to maintaining consistency and accuracy in audit files. While client interaction may be part of the role, the focus is on internal collaboration, critical analysis, and professional development within a structured team environment.

As an Associate, you recognize yourself in the following profile  

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance & Control, Accountancy, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical skills and a critical, professional mindset
  • Ambitious, motivated, and proactive attitude
  • Willingness to pursue a professional qualification such as CPA or RA
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Knowledge of Papiamentu and/or Spanish is a plus
  • Flexibility and commitment to meeting deadlines, including during peak periods.
