About the role
As an Associate in our Audit & Assurance team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality services to our clients. You’ll be part of a dynamic team working on a variety of assurance engagements, supporting the planning and execution of audit assignments under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participate in a variety of audit engagements for different clients, gaining exposure across industries.
- Assess internal controls and perform audit procedures, including sampling and testing of financial statement items.
- Support the team in executing audit tasks and meeting engagement objectives
- Assist in preparing accurate and high-quality reports and maintaining well-documented audit files
- Collaborate closely with colleagues while developing your analytical and professional skills.

Your profile
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance & Control, Accountancy, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience, such as internships in audit, accounting, or finance.
- A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a critical approach to your work.
- Motivation to pursue a professional qualification such as CPA or RA.
- Ability to work in a structured and organized manner, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of Papiamentu and/or Spanish is a plus.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
