Lennart Huijsen

Lennart is a Tax Partner with more than 30 years of experience in Dutch Caribbean and Suriname tax law. He is known for his practical and solution-oriented approach, helping clients navigate complex tax matters while identifying efficient and sustainable structures that support their business and personal objectives.

His areas of expertise include tax planning, tax compliance, international tax structuring, transfer pricing, structuring advice, and wealth management and estate planning. Lennart regularly advises multinational and local clients on tax-efficient structures, including planning through entities with beneficial tax regimes, private wealth solutions for high-net-worth individuals, and tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to his tax practice, Lennart actively contributes to the tax community by frequently publishing on tax developments in local newspapers and lecturing on Profit Tax at the University of Curaçao. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through sports such as hiking, soccer, hockey, ice skating, and martial arts.
